"When training goes great it’s like you’re in love. When you’re not training you think of training, when you’re training you think about the future training. You make up plans on what to work out, what exercises, how you’re going to do them, take them on. You run to the gym, happy go lucky, eager to just work it, get new awesome moments and then get back for seconds and thirds. Even the boring stuff and chores suddenly are not that bad, quite the opposite, you enjoy them cause you and your training are just on the same page. Everything else in your life gets less important, bills to pay, ah, that can wait to next week! Book keeping, oh, well, not the end of the world if you get a bit behind. You’re smiling and you’re shining like the sun cause you’re just in love with the weights and the training. It’s you and the training against the world."
